The Home Depot Doubles Down on Soccer with U.S. Soccer Sponsorship
As the 2026 FIFA World Cup approaches, The Home Depot is expanding its soccer footprint with a multiyear sponsorship of U.S. Soccer, becoming the official home improvement retailer for all 27 national teams.
The deal also includes support for the upcoming Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Atlanta—fitting, since Blank, co-founder of The Home Depot, donated $50 million toward the project.
This move follows The Home Depot’s recent partnership with FIFA as an official supporter of the 2026 World Cup, strengthening its position in the sport. With U.S. Soccer’s commercial rights now in-house, the federation has added 10 new sponsors since 2023, bringing its total to 17.
Soccer’s growth in the U.S. is undeniable—and The Home Depot is building a strong foundation in the game.
