Maybelline Partners with Premier Lacrosse League to Launch Women’s Professional Lacrosse League

Maybelline has taken a groundbreaking step by becoming the title sponsor for the newly established women’s professional lacrosse league, officially named the Maybelline Women’s Lacrosse League (MWLL). The league was created by the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) in November 2024 and marks an exciting chapter for the sport.

As part of the sponsorship, Maybelline’s logo and branding will feature prominently across the league’s platforms, teams, and events. More importantly, Maybelline will provide direct financial support to both the teams and athletes, underscoring their commitment to fostering the growth of women’s professional sports.

Beyond financial backing, Maybelline will contribute to the players’ experiences by gifting them the brand’s beauty products for use both on and off the field. This initiative celebrates the athletes’ individuality and strength, aligning with Maybelline’s ethos of empowering confidence and self-expression.

Additionally, Maybelline’s Brave Together initiative—focused on mental health advocacy—will play a key role in the MWLL. Through various projects, Brave Together will work with lacrosse athletes to connect with high school players, offering resources and support to inspire the next generation.

The MWLL is set to officially debut during the PLL’s 2025 Championship Series, taking place from February 11-17 at The St. James arena in Springfield, Virginia. While the date for the league’s first regular-season game has not yet been announced, the partnership between Maybelline and the PLL promises a bright future for the sport.
