American Express Enhances Fan Experience at the U.S. Open

American Express has expanded its U.S. Open presence with updates to its fan pavilion, Centurion Lounge pop-up, and checkout-free shop.

The 20,000-square-foot Fan Experience is open to all attendees and features "glow tennis," a trivia challenge, and a TopSpin 2K25 playing area. Upstairs, card members can access an exclusive lounge with a Ralph Lauren shop, a bar, and express lines for Honey Deuce cocktails.

“Our goal is to give everyone a taste of the AmEx experience,” said Shiz Suzuki, AmEx VP of Global Brand Sponsorships.
